What You’ll Do:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing sectors
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients via calls, emails, networking, and digital channels
- Build a robust pipeline and manage leads using HubSpot CRM
Sales & Account Management
- Present and tailor logistics solutions to address clients’ unique supply chain challenges
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, always striving for a win-win outcome
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and provide regular pipeline updates
Customer Onboarding & Relationship Building
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Serve as the main point of contact during the transition from sales to operations
- Foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
Industry & Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry events to expand your professional network and represent our brand
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Share feedback and ideas to help us continually improve
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or 3PL
- Experience selling into the Food & Beverage and/or Manufacturing industries (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solution-focused, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient
