As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Logistics Sales Executive who shares our core values and passion for excellence.

 

What You’ll Do:

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing sectors
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients via calls, emails, networking, and digital channels
  • Build a robust pipeline and manage leads using HubSpot CRM

Sales & Account Management

  • Present and tailor logistics solutions to address clients’ unique supply chain challenges
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts, always striving for a win-win outcome
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and provide regular pipeline updates

Customer Onboarding & Relationship Building

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the transition from sales to operations
  • Foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business

Industry & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attend industry events to expand your professional network and represent our brand

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Share feedback and ideas to help us continually improve

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or 3PL
  • Experience selling into the Food & Beverage and/or Manufacturing industries (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solution-focused, professional, and team-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient
